Transfer from old Nokia phone to Apple I phone 4

My old Nokia phone is finished. I would like to transfer my SIM card to my Daughter's old Apple I phone 4. She was with Telus, so I have to unlock phone and put my SIM card in the new phone. I am with Roger's pay as you go and want to remain with them. I see I can unlock the phone with an online service, but I can't get the number they are looking for.

Talk to Telus directly. For a fee you can have the phone unlocked and then use it on Rogers network. I am with Telus and have done it. Very easy process.
