cannot remove a network from iphone 6s.

old network on iphone 6s, passwords don't work, when follow steps, it does not give an option to remove the non working network. I have also tried the reset options on the iphone, but it does not delete the network either.
I have also deleted the network on my computer, but this has not helped either

I'm not sure what you're asking. I mean, what does a password have to do with removing an old "network"? Speaking of network, what kind of network are you trying to remove? If you're referring to a Wi-Fi network, go to Settings → Wi-Fi, and then tap on the circled "i", and then select "Forget This Network".
