iPhone runs out of memory
check manage storage and photos is huge
can i delete all the photos on my phone without losing them all from my mac??

Yes, deleting them on the iPhone deletes them from iCloud too.

To free up space, go to Settings > Photos & Camera and enable Optimize iPhone Storage.

This will replace the actual photos with thumbnails to free up space.
