iPhone 6 storage issue

I have the iPhone 6, not 6 plus. For months now I keep getting messages saying I don't have enough storage, won't allow me to take pictures unless I delete old ones, then delete the "deleted photos". Many times I can't get my email to load. I've deleted old texts, phone calls, lots of stored music, apps! I still keep getting these pop up storage notices. I even deleted an app so I could add an app that was supppsed to free up storage. It helped very little. Can anyone offer a solution to help PLEASE???

You can try syncing your device via iTunes. Also, if there's an awaiting iOS update, go ahead and install the update.
