Hi there I have icloud drive on my phone how do I get my photos from my phone onto icloud drive

I have lots of photos which I have taken on my phone but want to transfer them to my icloud drive how do I do this

Enable iCloud Photo Library in Settings > Photos.
But remember, those photos will not be uploaded to iCloud Drive as is. They will be uploaded to iCloud Photo Library and will also remain in the photos app on your iPhone.
