Push Notifications not working on Facebook app

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s with the last IOS update. I have all notifications on, both in the app and in the phone settings. I've tried restarting the phone, deleting the app and downloading it again. It just not show the notifications neither in the block screen or in the screen, only the badge in the app and when I get into Facebook. It's really annoying and I've tried everything I've read. I've also seen this is a problem really old and lots of people have it. I don't understand why having the same configuration as my friends they get the notifications and I don't. Do you know how to fix it? Thank you.

When you delete the app, then install it back, do you give it permissions for notifications? It should offer a pop up.
