Email address is no longer active

Good Morning, I am needing to unlock my apple account. The only problem is the email address that i have on the account no longer works.I cant sign into my account because there is no way to verify its me since the email address doesn't work anymore.

The best option for you is to contact Apple. Unfortunately nobody here will be able to assist with this. Have you attempted the recovery process from the Apple website. I believe you can answer security questions (if they were set up) to get around this. Otherwise, contacting Apple directly will be your best bet.
