    I am trying to change my voicemail greeting, but the word greeting on my phone is gray and not a black. When I click on it, nothing happens. Is this a software problem, and how do I fix it?

    I don't know. Have you tried rebooting the device? Could it be a restriction set by your wireless carrier?
