How can I lock up my ipad from my mobile phone if stolen

If your mobile is an iPhone, and both use the same Apple ID (and "Find my iPhone is turned on for the iPad), go to "Find my iPhone" on your iPhone. Sign in. You should be able to see your iPad as well. Tap on the iPad name, then Actions at the bottom of the screen. Lost Mode will lock the iPad, and allow you to track it if it's on a cell or WiFi service. If it has no signal, you will see the last known location.

You can also sign in at icloud.com and use Find iPhone from there.
