I'm new to Mac. When using Excel, I would just go to Page and Setup and set it to Landscape. How to I do it in Numbers? I look online and everyone says use the "inspector" but there is nothing about orientation in the inspector.

When you select print, it will ask you if you want to print in portrait or landscape. Just select the landscape and it should print.

Where does it ask this? I have scoured the print dialog box and there is no mention of orientation there.

Ok, this is bizarre. I tired a different spreadsheet, our lacrosse team budget, and I get exactly what you showed me there for print options. I create a new spreadsheet, and same thing. Still, I have three spreadsheets that will not show me that screen. All I get is this: (I had to shrink the spreadsheet behind it to hide the data, since it contains student information and is confidential)

Any ideas?

I tried to find that screen on all my spreadsheets I have, but didn't find it. I'm not sure what to tell you there.
Maybe someone that is more versed in Numbers will chime in.
