will itranslate voice work with iphone 4s

I would like to get an app that will work with English and Spanish. This is on an iphone 4s and i would like it to work without any internet or wifi. I will have the airplane mod on as i will be travelling to Costa Rica. I would like to use the voice part and not just type the text in. I am prepared to download the files to the phone. I understand that Itranslate will do this but would like to know first before spending the $13.99 for the app.

iTranslate uses Google Translate as far as I know – which needs internet access for translating…
