Tried to download app: appears like if it was upgrading

While an app was cleaning I tried to upload it and then deleted it. Now that I try to download it again it appears like if I had the app and it wasn't about to start uploading, but I don't have it. I've tried almost everything. Anyone with the same problem? Help?

You could try in spotlight search. Key in the app you are trying to locate. The app should show up on the right and give the location you can find it in.
