I have an I phone 6. Every once in a while I get a message saying 'this phone hasn't been backed up for 8 weeks, lock phone and connect to wiifii - what do I do?

The real question is, Why wont you backup the phone? Things happen, 8 weeks is a lot of info gone. why chance it. Something bad will happen its just a question of when
