Which is the best iPhone to upgrade to in the 6 series ?

I want to upgrade to the 6 series but don't know which one is better . I have the 5 s right now .

Love my 6s, I've found that the 7 really doesn't have enough more in it to be worth purchasing. My friend upgraded from a 6s and wasn't super impressed with it. Either way, a upgrade from a 5s should be quite an improvement.
