I believe there is an option in Mac's quicktime player to record iphone's screen, that could work,quicktime displays any actions you peform on your iphone live on the mac when the option is selected

What you wanna do is to use the Mac as AIRPLAY target or receiver, there are apps that do that as Airserver (airserver.com)
