Albums disappearing on Apple Music

Hi Guys,
I have been experiencing this now for the pass two weeks. Random music albums get deleted off my Apple Music and I have to keep downloading them again.
It can even be music I listened to two days ago. I go to listen to it again and it's disappeared.
I have to search for it and it appears and it doesn't even have the download for the cloud icon. It's like a completely new download.

What's going on?

I've had the same thing happen to me; it only seems to happen to me on my iPhone, not my Mac. Not sure what to tell you except for the fact that its not just you. Probably something on Apple's side of things.
