Blurred photos

When ever I push the front round button twice to swipe it clean , there are always 1 or 2 blurred photos that I didn't take and I'm concerned

Is it safe to assume that you're talking about removing items from the list of recently used apps? If so, what app are you specifically referring to in regard to the 1 or 2 blurred photos? The Camera app? The Photos app? A 3rd-party app? What?
