    when i try to down load the apps from apple store, they are all grayed out.
    How do i down load google maps?

    Unless those apps are not allowed where you are then you should be able to install them on your iPhone 7. Try rebooting the iPhone or signing out and then signing back in to the iTunes & App Store.
