Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose and possibly fix the problem for you.

Also check your lightning cable....it could have a short or something.

Welcome to iMore! Try using a different lightning cable and charger. If that doesn't work it's likely a battery issue. Apple's iPhone batteries are designed to retain 80% of their original capacity for 500 full charge cycles. After that you're on borrowed time. Depending on when you purchased your iPhone 6 it could be over two years old at this point.
