Phone not ringing

Our phone wont ring..the alarm will not sound either..If you happen to be holding it you feel it vibrate and can answer. You can also call out and msg....Have tried everything and checked to make sure volume is up! HELP

Do you have the mute switch turn off? If so, just flip it on. Top left side of your phone. Give that a try.
