I became a beta tester and idk how to get the unrealeasd software

If you downloaded the Beta Software Profile correctly, the updates should appear in Software Update just like usual updates do. You can check if you have the profile by going to Settings > General > Profile. There should be an "iOS Beta Software Profile" there. If there isn't, you'll have to download it from Apple's website. If the profile is there, go to Settings > General > Software Update and see if there is an update available.
