Copy and Paste not working on iOS 10

When trying to copy text like from a website, it is hard to copy the text. When trying to copy, it highlights to much of the text or not enough. Then when you try to move the highlight to copy the correct text, it is very hard to get the actual text. I always just have to copy the text and then when I paste it, I go back and delete the unwanted text. Is there a fix for this or a workaround?

I have that problem too. The blue highlighter won't behave.

No, I haven't tried a different browser. It happens also using apps, emails, etc. It is frustrating. You used to be able to copy a lot more like the apps and other stuff. I would assume it should get better not worse with the new updates.
