Any way lock default folders in iOS 10

I am trying to find a way to lock folders or files in iPhone like android but I hav?nt been able to do so . Any directions or info is much appreciated

iOS doesn't have a traditional file system so I'm assuming you're talking about locking the arrangement of app icons and folders on your home screen. You can prevent apps from being deleted in Settings > General > Restrictions but there's no way to stop someone from rearranging them.
