The bezel at the bottom of my iPhone since the upgrade (which I don't like) has changed and I can't turn the flashlight or camera on as before ... it only gives me music! Which I don't use! Can I go back to the old settings?

Swipe up from the bottom and when the music comes up, swipe left to right. In iOS 10, the music has its own pane and quick settings have their own as well.
