sir i have iphone 5s. and this phone home button is not working ..but i have use accesibilty home button...now i update my phone os 10.after updating my phone i am not capaturing screenshot,,,when os 9 i was esly capture screenshot..after 10 wil not capture..plz help

Need to know what phone you are using. If it the 7 or 7s you need to hold power button and column down button, I believe.

Assistive Touch is the answer. Once you have the button on your screen (triple click usually adds it), you can click on it, then on device, then on more, then you'll see screencap, THIS will let you screencap without showing the assistive touch panel.
