    One of the following is a possibility.

    1. The recipient's phone is turned off.
    2. The recipient's cellular service has been disrupted.
    3. The phone number you're trying to send a message to isn't associated with a mobile phone.
    4. Your device isn't connected to the internet or your cellular service is spotty or nonexistent.

    Try Reset Network Settings
    Reset Network Settings Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.
