what GB should i go for

I'm considering buying a iPhone 5S for my daughter it currently runs on IOS 7 and is a 32GB, I'm concerned that if I install either the IOS8 or IOS9 onto it that the 32GB may not be big enough storage, would a 64GB be the better option?, all she'll be storing is music, app's and some photo's.

I was always told to buy as much storage as you can afford

As for the OP system iOS 8 or 9 isn't much bigger than iOS 7 so there will be space left over but a Teenage Daughter will fill it quick
