cant delete in bulk e-mail ... the ability to

I used to hit edit then trash all would high lite now it just hi lites mark all

Unless they are already in the Trash folder, there is no way to delete mail in mass from your Inbox. In your Inbox you will need to mark each one individually, and after you have marked them, then you can delete all you have marked. Only in the Trash folder can you hit Delete All.
