How do I make a claim for my LG phone that was damaged while in the Otterbox?

My LG Android phone's screen was damaged when I dropped it. My phone was in the Otterbox case when this occurred. How do I make a claim to get my screen replaced?

This is an Apple focused forum, but I can help anyway. You need to reach out to Otterbox to get the warrantee information on submitting a claim to them for the damage while your device was in one of their cases. I am fairly certain that you would have had to register your device and product purchase with them though.

Otterbox would not cover damage to any device, only for the case
