lost mode

can you please help me with this asap my friend has my phone and i put it in lost mode and i think they might have the code is there a way to change the code from my computer or my other apple product and since it is in lost mode if they have the code will he be able to get in it please help

If they know your passcode then there's not much that can be done. You unfortunately can't change your passcode remotely. If they have the passcode they can access almost anything in your device. The other safe guard is your Apple ID information. Without that, assuming "Find My iPhone" is enabled, they won't be able to wipe the device clean or anything. But they can access anything within the device.
