I can barely hear dialogue on my phone.

I keep pressing the top button of the two volume buttons on the left and it's not getting any louder. I tested this out by giving my husband my phone and I talked on his, he could barely hear me so it's not my ears! Ringer is fine, all notifications that I have set to make some sort of noise is fine, it's just when I talk on the phone, I can barely hear the other person.

Do you have a case on your phone? Some cases have been know to muffle the sound.
