i upgraded IOS 10 on my 6S. Once this done the device is frozen whenever I am trying to send a sms, mail, what's app... or even put the pin code. Never happened with previous versions of IOS and Iphone devices.Apple is telling me there is a conflict between IOS 10 and my Exchange mail account, plus between the same IOS 10 and my icloud account. They say I have to change for an IMAP account and create a new icloud account. we tried resets, restore back up, change device two times, but still it is not working, and everything is lost. Thanks for your help.

Go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings".

You changed the device twice? Then it's not the device. It's in your account somehow or in your back up. Don't restore or set up with a back up. The problem may be in the back up.
