My husband has put a 4 code restriction on my iPhone is there any way to disable this without a computer or factory reset, which I can't do without this code anyway

The answer to both questions is no.
Ask your husband for the reason as to why he chose to do this. Hopefully a fruitful conversation will clear things up and the code will be disabled by your husband.

    Welcome to iMore!

The only way I know of is to factory reset your phone to new. That will unfortunately erase everything on your phone though. Here is a guide on what he could be restricting though.
