How to turn on sound for incoming text message

I have no sound for incoming text message. How can I turn the sound on for incoming text message?

Welcome to iMore! You not getting test sound alerts from anyone?
1. Go to Settings > Sounds > set text alert to a sound.
2. Make sure "do not disturb" is off in messages for each contact.
Tap the i in the upper right corner.

Scroll down to do not disturb and toggle off.
