my Bitmoji keyboard won't open after updating to new software level on iphone 6s

I went into keyboard access and allowed in settings but Bitmoji keyboard won't work

Welcome to iMore! If you have the keyboard turned on in Settings and have Allow Full Access toggled on reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't work try deleting and reinstalling your Bitmoji app.
