My gen 1 ipad mini will only boot into "iOS Beta Expired" screen. What can ibdo

Bought off ebay. Very first apple product and dont know what this even means. It connects to wifi and has no prblms going thru the boot ptompts but constantly saying ios beta expired

I bet someone tried to put iOS 10 beta on it! First try this...

once in DFU mode THEN try plugging in to your computer with iTunes running and try an OS reload (try setup as new)
