Where is the button to shuffle the music in a play list on iphone 6 ios 10.0.2

The shuffle button is completely gone.
How do I get songs on a play list to play in a random order?

There is a "shuffle all" button that just causes a random song to play.

When I open a playlist and then select the "Shuffle All" button in that playlist, only songs on that playlist are included in the shuffle. No "random" songs play.

I know what you mean and it confused me for a while too, basically just go on the album artwork and swipe up, this shows the shuffle and repeat buttons we all know and love along with the list of songs.
Before I found this I thought they'd just royally ****ed the whole thing up with the update.
