iMessage is not working. Please help!

Hello. I have an iPhone 6S running iOS 10.1 (i bought my phone used and it came with it) and i activated iMessage on it. Activation was successful but i can't write to noone and when somone else writes me (they can see me in iMessage) I can't receive the message. Please help me. If you want to send photos of settings in imessage write me in the answer

Sign out of iMessage, disable wifi, and sign back in. Wait for like 1 minute after activation and try again with somebody from whom you know for sure has iMessage.
