is it possible to get Ipad Pro back to factory firmware and not the 10.0.1

I bought an Ipad pro 12.9 from a woman who had just updated the firmware to 10.0.1. I want to get the firmware back to factory specs. I would like to return to 9.3.2. Is this possible to completely restore, delete, set up as a new Ipad to get rid of 10.0.1

Any help you can provide would be grateful.

It may or may not be possible, it depends on whether or not Apple is still signing 9.3.2 installs, and I'm not sure if they are. You should google "How to downgrade to 9.3.2" and you will find websites and youtube videos explaining the procedure.
