this is day 3 that I cannot get the fitbit to work. it charges ok. I can see the dots on my flex fitbit, I feel the vibration, the alarms work. but it will not sync on my iPhone or on the computer. I have tried all the tips that fitbit has suggested. I deleted the device yesterday and now I can't get it back. it just keeps searching. nothing. tried reinstalling the app, tried shutting my phone down, tried turning Bluetooth off and on. now I can't get my fitbit back. my account shows but that's it.
