    What phone?
    Have you tried it with different WiFi access points?
    Have you tried rebooting the WiFi router?
    Does it work on the cellular network?
    Have you tried deleting the WiFi network and reconnecting?
    Have you tried rebooting the phone?
    Do other data features work on the phone?

    Much more information is needed.
