I use a iPhone 5c i downloaded music they are PDF in Dropbox & Google drive how do i listen to them

Apple iPhone 5c
I have downloaded music to listen off line
They are PDF files in my Dropbox & Google Drive account
Iv tried for months to listen to them without success
I am not technically clever re:- my phone ect and would so appreciate the advice & Help Thank~You Treyc

change the .pdf extension to .mp3 or whatever format the music is in and then listen to it.
