unlock an iphone with broken touchscreen in order to backup data

i broke my iphone touchscreen and now i can't unlock to in order to backup data
touchscreen is unresponsive while the home on/off and home button still work
what can i do? i can't access to siri since before dropping cellular data and wifi were turned off :/

Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to get your device fixed. After it gets fixed, you'll be able to use the touchscreen and create a backup.

If the old one powers on and you can unlock the screen then yes, you should be able to make an iTunes or an iCloud backup.

When was your last back up? Did you gave it set on auto back up with iCloud?
