is there a way to install Youtube with jailbreak or any other way inn ios 7.1.2 or even to update ios 7.1.2 to 8.0 . thanks for help

The official YouTube app requires iOS 8 or later, and if iOS 7.1.2 is the highest iOS version your device can handle then you can't install it and no, you won't be able to update to iOS 8.

You don't say what device you are using, but presumably this is regarding an iPhone 4

The YouTube app requires at least iOS 8 which is not available for the iPhone 4. You can use YouTbube via the Safari browser as an alternative.

I have had this with many applications. Sometimes one can be lucky and there will be a older version of the application that will install.
