    I forgot my passcode for my IPAAir 2, serial number: [Redacted - Never post Serial Numbers on a public forum]. Thenphone was reset and I then lost my microsoft word package which was shipped to me. May I please get it again.

    A quick search of that order number reveals it's a scam. Delete the email and don't click on any links.

    Definitely a scam! I get these types of emails periodically on an email account that is not affiliated with Apple. Delete! Delete! Delete!

    Seriously, NEVER post your serial number or any other confidential information in a public forum, or anywhere else other people could see it. We are not affiliated with Apple in any way and can’t help you. As was already recommended, contact Apple Support.

    Unquestionably a trick! I get these sorts of messages intermittently on an email account that isn't partnered with Apple. Erase! Erase! Erase!
