Why my iPhone is not updating the ios ?

I have iPhone 5s and it is telling me to update ios when I updated it says an error in downloading ios 9.9.10.0.1 . Now it has failed to update. What is the problem and how can i solve it?

1. You can wait a few minutes or a few hours to try it again.
2. Update your iPhone via iTunes.
3. Check your WI-Fi connection.
4. Reset your Network Settings.
5. Reset your device.
6. Upgrade with IPSW File.
