How do I disable the integration between Voip apps and the phone app in iOS 10?

Sorry to admit but I DO NOT NEED whatsapp, facebook and other apps messing around with my call history and bothering straight from lock screen. So, how do I turn this "convenient" feature off (i.e.: back the way it was)? Anyone? Thanks!

Go to settings and scroll down to the app. Once you click it, you should see settings that are tied to your device. Disable what you don't want.
