I lost my cell phone with ALL of my games and NEED to link my old Clash of Clans account to my new device..unable to receive text message to lost phone OBVIOUSLY..Need another helpful alternative...PLEASE

What model phone?
Did you log in to you new phone with the proper credentials that you used on you old phone?
Was the old phone backed up to either a computer or a cloud service?

Sorry to hear about your phone. Not entirely sure about Clash of Clans, but many (but not all) of the iOS games are linked to your Apple ID, so I suppose the progress of your other games may be restored once you log-on with your Apple ID on your new iPhone. I know that some games have servers that keep your game data/progress, so that you can play using different Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod) yet still using the same player profile and progress.
