How do I stop voice control from popping up when I press home button to unlock phone?

With new iOS 10.0.1 when I press the home button to unlock iPhone 6 it's almost impossible to unlock the phone without voice control blue screen opening first. Doesnt matter how little I try to press down. I did not have this issue before iOS 10.0.1

Turn on Siri to get rid of voice control. Also go to Settings/General/Accessibility/Home Button. Turn on Rest Finger to Open. Now you don't have to press the button. Just place your finger on the Touch ID sensor.
