    the scanner on the 7 was working before i transferred everything from my 6. my 6's scanner has been not working for 3-4 months. does transferring my 6 info to 7 affect the scanner?

    Reset it up. I don't think the fingerprint stuff transfers from other devices.

    Delete your current fingers and set up again as new.
